1. Analysis
This stage provides an opportunity to assess the essential requirements, identify any limitations or constraints you may face, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the overarching business objectives.
2. Conceptual Design
This phase enables our design team to formulate concepts that are in harmony with your company’s culture, financial parameters, and strategic goals.
3. Design and Costing
Our architecture and design team begins crafting your envisioned development through detailed 3D renderings, curated finish samples, and comprehensive plans to ensure the successful completion of the project.
4. Procurement and Implementation
Once the design of your ideal development is finalized and the contractual agreements are secured, we will initiate the construction and implementation phase. Throughout the process, we monitor and control the project and provide weekly progress updates to client.
5. Handover and Close out
The project outcomes are inspected and tested to ensure quality and fit for use. Upon completion of the project, you will receive all necessary occupation and completion certificates.
